Substitutions

If an item is unavailable when we pack, we message you with a similar item and its price. Nothing is swapped without your reply. If you do not reply before we pack, we leave the item out and you are not charged for it.

You can turn substitutions off at checkout. Unavailable items are then removed from the order.
