Returns and refunds

Check your order at the door. Damaged, wrong or missing items can be handed back to the rider and are taken off the bill on the spot.

Fresh fruit, dairy and frozen items can be returned at the door only. Packaged goods and electrical items can be returned within 3 days, unopened, with your order number. Appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty, handled through our store.
